Build across GeoComply in Vancouver as a recent graduate with AI, data, and cross-functional problem-solving experience. This is a full-time, 18-month program.
The Graduate Leadership Program rotates you through three teams across Customer, Growth, Operations, or Technology. You will own real deliverables, learn GeoComply’s products and customers, and work across technical and commercial functions. The program supports recent graduates up to two years after graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own real deliverables during every rotation
Work across technical and commercial teams
Build with AI, data, and low-code tools
Present completed work to GeoComply leadership
Improve processes that slow teams down
Requirements:
Recent graduate, up to two years out
Self-directed approach to messy problems
Ability to build working solutions
Data literacy and clear communication
Discretion with sensitive compliance information
Develop through three GeoComply rotations while applying AI, data, and clear communication to meaningful work.
