In this pivotal role, you will plan, administer, and implement comprehensive training programs for new colleagues at Platform. With a focus on systems like Epic and Office 365, your expertise will ensure consistency and quality in the onboarding process. Additionally, you will conduct skills gap analyses and communicate effectively to enhance learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement onboarding and training programs
• Perform skills gap analysis and reporting every six months
• Develop resources such as job aids and checklists
• Review new colleague performance weekly with Operations team
• Coordinate in-depth lunch and learn sessions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Commercial Insurance or Surety
• Advanced knowledge of Applied Epic and Office 365
• Training or presentation experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Post-secondary education preferred
