Retail Customer Service Clerk NLC

Use retail customer service and interpersonal skills as a full-time NLC Liquor Sales Clerk working on-site in the stores team.
This position serves customers through NLC’s SERVE process while supporting accurate transactions and store standards. Responsibilities include operating point of sale, receiving inventory, maintaining shelves, and completing counts. You will also attend product knowledge seminars and perform related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers through the NLC SERVE process
Process purchases using the point-of-sale system
Receive products and maintain organized shelving
Conduct inventory counts and complete custom orders
Perform loss prevention and store security activities
Requirements:
High School graduation credential
Minimum age of 19 years
At least one year retail customer service experience
Ability to perform duties through required physical capability testing
Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills
