As an Insurance Advisor, Online Auto Services, you will support Westland’s Online Auto team from its Head Office. The position focuses on client relationships, ICBC regulations, sales targets, and recommendations. Experienced candidates may commute to another Westland office in BC.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver customer service that promotes client retention
Assist clients with Auto needs by phone and email
Use ICBC regulations knowledge to address insurance needs
Uncover client challenges and identify insurance needs
Provide recommendations as a client advocate
Requirements:
Insurance broker level 1 license
One year or more of ICBC industry experience
Track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to build authentic client relationships
Confidential, discreet, and independent workload management
Bring ICBC knowledge, sales achievement, and client service strengths to Westland’s Online Auto Services team in Surrey.
