Pharmaceutical Funding Support Specialist
World Courier
Remote Ontario work with Cencora centers on pharmaceutical funding support, Microsoft Office expertise, and organized insurance case management.
As a Reimbursement Specialist, you will acquire detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and funding mechanisms. You will communicate orally and in writing, manage competing deadlines, resolve issues, and coordinate coverage paperwork with insurers, physician offices, and healthcare professionals. French and English bilingualism is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire knowledge of public and private funding mechanisms
Coordinate insurance coverage documents and submissions
Manage patient reimbursement cases and related paperwork
Implement required Financial Means Tests
Perform additional assigned duties and tasks
Requirements:
Training in business or another related field
Customer service experience in an office setting
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and within teams
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Build pharmaceutical funding expertise while coordinating coverage cases, documentation, and reimbursement solutions for Cencora patients.
