Your expertise will help shape the wellbeing experience of our diverse workforce across cities like Toronto, London, and New York.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute global wellbeing strategies and programs
• Collaborate with HR to set wellbeing goals based on data insights
• Design and improve enterprise-wide initiatives across regions
• Leverage analytics to monitor program effectiveness and outcomes
• Manage vendor relationships for wellness services and performance
Requirements:
• 7+ years in wellbeing or health promotion roles
• Proven project and change management skills
• Strong data analytics and program evaluation background
• In-depth knowledge of global health and wellness practices
• Ability to influence senior leaders and present to executives
