As an Administrative Assistant, you will greet patients, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate records. Your work supports appointment schedules, recalls, referrals, and correspondence. Experience with dental software or a clinical background is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients upon arrival
Optimize appointment schedules with limited gaps
Manage recalls and maintain patient databases
Handle appointment calls, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
Process referrals and file patient records
Requirements:

At least one year of administration experience
Clinical background considered an asset
Dental software experience considered an asset
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Availability for the stated Monday to Friday schedule
