Tasks
Welcome visitors and tenants at the building entrance.
Respond to tenant inquiries and requests.
Draft and distribute communications.
Program and support IP telephone devices.
Manage access cards and keys.
Install software and copier drivers.
Coordinate repairs and service requests.
Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in IT.
Two (2) years of customer service experience.
Excellent command of French.
Functional English required to communicate with English-speaking tenants (approximately 30% of the time).
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's licence to facilitate travel is considered an asset.
Desired profile
Professional presentation.
Self-reliant and resourceful.
Versatile and highly organized.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
