As a senior retail operations specialist, you will help protect inventory integrity while supporting store management and sales teams. Your work includes receiving, tracking, storing, and reconciling merchandise across daily boutique operations. Strong attention to detail and organization are central to this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure organized store inventory through cycle counts
Complete scheduled inventories and reconciliation with management support
Pack, handle, and store merchandise to Gucci standards
Report discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management
Order office and store supplies as needed
Requirements:

Three or more years of senior retail operations experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management
Knowledge of receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to climb ladders, bend, and lift boxes
Use inventory expertise, stock control knowledge, and meticulous execution to support Gucci’s organized luxury retail environment.
