As the first point of contact, you will assist members and prospective members across digital channels. The work includes account support, transactions, card services, self-service guidance, and referrals. You will also open accounts digitally and update member information.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with inquiries, account issues, and digital banking services
Support financial transactions and card services when required
Guide members through ATMs, online banking, and mobile apps
Open digital accounts through ASAPP and update KYM information
Protect confidential member information and secure internal materials
Requirements:

Related post-secondary diploma and two years customer service experience
Strong organization and exceptional attention to detail
Professional verbal and written communication with discretion
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and quick system learning
Comfort with digital platforms, expanded hours, and working from home
