Drive personal insurance renewals from Waypoint's Squamish branch in a hybrid Advisor position focused on risk analysis and customer service.
This Advisor, Personal Insurance [Renewal] role supports revenue growth through annual sales and retention targets. You will manage policy renewals, review tenant, homeowner, travel, RV, and special event coverage, and identify cross-selling opportunities. The position combines customer management with accurate brokerage administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess risk factors across personal insurance policies
Renew policies with tailored coverage recommendations
Review terms, limits, exclusions, and product conditions
Maintain accurate customer and policy information
Process endorsements, cancellations, adjustments, and payments
Requirements:
Minimum one year of Auto Insurance experience
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with insurance manuals and policy wordings
Analytical problem-solving and de-escalation skills
Experience using EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite
