As Manager of Housekeeping and Laundry, you will oversee assigned housekeeping staff and departmental personnel management functions. The position requires housekeeping procedures, laundry management, occupational health and safety, and administrative organization. You will also coordinate staffing, assignments, audits, payroll requirements, equipment checks, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and inspect assigned housekeeping staff
Manage interviews, hiring, evaluations, and personnel functions
Coordinate infection control and occupational health activities
Conduct cleaning audits and document findings electronically
Prepare assignments, staffing coverage, breaks, and payroll requirements
Requirements:
At least two years of housekeeping supervisory experience
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and laundry management
Strong infection control and health safety knowledge
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Strong administrative, organizational, prioritization, and computer skills
