Whistler Line Cook

Cook at Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub in Whistler, BC, using grills, fryers, and strong food preparation skills. Experience the lifestyle of Canada’s premier ski resort town.
Located at Pan Pacific Mountainside, Dubh Linn Gate has provided an Irish pub experience since 1997. As a Line Cook, you will prepare and plate menu items according to standards. The position requires recipe knowledge, portion control, food quality monitoring, and organized station work. You will also contribute to an efficient kitchen environment while working with kitchen helpers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to established standards
Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
Maintain clean, safe, and organized kitchen stations
Work with and train kitchen helpers as required
Requirements:
Previous cooking experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain cleanliness
Proficient verbal and written English communication
Bring food preparation, station organization, and cooking experience to the Dubh Linn Gate kitchen in Whistler.
