You will also participate in in-service training and staff meetings to continuously improve your skills and approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean resident apartments and communal spaces thoroughly
• Utilize floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment
• Strip and buff carpets and non-carpet floors
• Transport and dispose of garbage appropriately
• Maintain safety standards and documentation
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English; second language is an asset
• Experience with institutional cleaning preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina to meet job demands
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
