Parts Technician Sales Specialist

Parts sales and order management define this Parts Specialist role, requiring accuracy, customer communication, and strong computer skills.
This position supports parts operations through sourcing, quoting, ordering, inventory control, and repair sales. Candidates with one to three years of parts or inside sales experience are preferred. Journeyman or equivalent Parts Technician certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Acknowledge incoming orders and advise customers on delivery
Source, quote, order, and track parts deliveries
Charge parts to work orders and invoices
Process returns and resolve customer complaints
Maintain inventory, warehouse cleanliness, and shelf locations
Requirements:

One to three years of parts or inside sales experience
Journeyman or equivalent Parts Technician certification preferred
Strong Microsoft Office and software adaptation skills
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
