As a key member of the Shaw Transport team, you'll report to the Logistics Manager and ensure timely deliveries. Your role will involve following safety regulations, transporting concrete and palletized products, and learning to operate various specialized delivery vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety regulations for safe transport operations
• Operate flatbed trucks to deliver products across Atlantic Canada
• Learn to use specialized equipment, including hitchhiker and boom trucks
• Perform inspections and report vehicle issues promptly
• Ensure accurate load documentation and securement
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence with a clean abstract
• Minimum two years Class 1 driving experience required
• Familiarity with load securement practices
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willingness to participate in drug and alcohol testing
