As a Material Handler, you will review customer returns and process them through proprietary engineering software. The assignment emphasizes high-quality work throughout each return and accurate information input into CTDI systems. You will support the Returns Supervisor with various tasks while working cross-functionally within the department. Experience in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment is valued, and cross-functional departmental experience is an asset for this work.
Key Responsibilities:
Input return data into CTDI systems by PC
Use Microsoft Excel for required data entry
Review all customer returns thoroughly
Process returns using proprietary engineering software
Assist the Returns Supervisor with various tasks
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail is required
Ability to perform accurate data entry
Experience with fast-moving technology-driven environments
Ability to work cross-functionally within the department
High-quality standards for every return processed
