Senior Living Housekeeper Red Deer
Taylor View Towers
Support a clean, welcoming community at Taylor View Towers in Red Deer through housekeeping, laundry, and resident-focused service.
As Housekeeper, you provide scheduled housekeeping and laundry services for residents and the Community. You report to the Housekeeping Supervisor while supporting residents, families, visitors, and employee care partners. Your work includes cleaning bathrooms, making beds, maintaining common areas, managing supplies, and responding to concerns. The position supports Taylor View Towers’ person-directed care model and Eden Alternative philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete laundry, bathroom, bed-making, and common-area cleaning duties
Coordinate resident move-in, move-out, and orientation assistance
Inspect rooms and conduct ongoing compliance audits
Engage residents and loved ones in meaningful conversations
Monitor consumables and refill washroom supplies
Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or recognized equivalent required
Housekeeping services experience preferred
WHMIS certificate
Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking ability
Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds
Bring attention to detail, communication, and housekeeping experience to Taylor View Towers’ resident-centered community in Red Deer.
