This role is part of an evergreen recruitment process for Store Associates at National Recycling Operations. You will engage in donation processing, inventory organization, and customer interactions, helping to create a positive environment for both shoppers and donors. This position offers various shifts, including part-time and full-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process donations from community members
• Sort and prepare merchandise for retail sale
• Maintain organized and appealing sales floors
• Assist with inventory flow and stock management
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience
Requirements:
• Minimum grade 10 education or equivalent
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
