As Hardgoods Department Manager, you will lead daily operations while partnering with your assistant manager to achieve sales targets and manage team KPIs. Coach associates toward product expertise, oversee scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and build an inclusive, high-performing environment. Your leadership supports standout customer experiences and department profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer issues promptly
Execute visual merchandising standards and weekly sales plans
Act as Manager on Duty during daily operations
Identify hazards and provide health and safety training
Support recruitment, development, and performance appraisals
Requirements:

Love skiing, biking, and outdoor adventures
Two to four years of retail leadership experience
Results-driven, entrepreneurial approach to challenges
Strong communication and team motivation skills
Organized multitasker able to manage priorities
