Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for its accounting team. The position includes vendor reconciliations, floor plans, warranty schedules, intercompany accounts, and payment processing. Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred, while training and support are provided within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and promptly
Reconcile vendor accounts against statements
Reconcile floor plans, warranty schedules, and accounts
Process and reconcile intercompany accounts
Communicate with internal clients, external clients, and vendors
Requirements:
Accounts Payable experience is an asset
Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred
Proficiency in Excel is required
Experience with CDK dealer management software is preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks around monthly deadlines
Bring Accounts Payable, Excel, and reconciliation skills to Dilawri’s accounting team supporting automotive dealership operations and vendor relationships.
