Become a key player in the opening of a new luxury hotel as a Room Attendant. This full-time role provides an opportunity to create lasting impressions through impeccable service and cleanliness.
As a Room Attendant, you will contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring that rooms are pristine and inviting. Engage with guests, meet their needs, and collaborate with a small, dedicated team to exceed expectations. You'll also participate in setting the standard for service excellence in a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with friendly service and support
• Maintain and clean assigned rooms and areas
• Communicate guest requests to housekeeping leaders
• Document cleaned rooms using provided technology
• Participate in deep cleaning efforts when required
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Committed to responsibility and reliability
• Attention to detail and guest satisfaction focus
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and constant movement
