Additionally, your role will involve inspecting properties and handling maintenance requests while achieving leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with residents as a frontline ambassador
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding
• Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing performance targets
• Collect payments and facilitate resident moves
• Inspect property and manage maintenance requests
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Well-developed communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
