The Labour Relations Advisor plays a crucial role within Paladin, ensuring employee support aligns with corporate policies. Your experience in collective bargaining and conflict resolution will be essential in delivering training and coaching on employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on disciplinary matters and grievance management
• Communicate effectively with employees and management
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and policy violations
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
• Act as a subject matter expert in labour relations best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in labour relations or related field
• CPHR/CRHA designation preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in labour relations
• Knowledge of Canada Labour Code and employment law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
