Mutual Funds Operations Associate
Raymond James Financial
Support mutual fund operations at Raymond James Ltd. through FundSERV processing and precise, deadline-driven administration. This is an 18-month contract position.
As a Mutual Funds Associate, you will support Systematic Plans and Non-Financial Updates functions within the department. The work includes submitting instructions, processing Internal Transfers, and forwarding applications to fund companies. Success requires investment industry knowledge, organization, prioritization, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit mutual fund systematic plan requests to fund companies
Follow up on non-financial updates submitted through XML
Process internal transfers using FundSERV
Submit advisor and client demographic information
Review manual Segregated Fund and Offbook Account applications
Requirements:
Minimum two years of industry-related experience
Fundamental knowledge of securities industry investment concepts
Microsoft Office proficiency and application learning ability
Customer service, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage deadlines in high-volume environments
Bring mutual fund administration, FundSERV, time management, and detailed processing skills to Raymond James Ltd.
