As Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager on staffing, operational needs, and sales goals. You will assist with opening and closing duties, ordering, receiving, inventory counts, and financial controllables. The role also involves coaching staff, supporting onboarding, and maintaining a positive, engaged team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Store Manager on staffing needs
Support sales goals and operational requirements
Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and receiving
Help coach and train store staff
Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
Requirements:
Two or more years in a supervisory role
Two or more years of retail experience
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
