We are a leading marine electronics retailer and custom boat installation specialistserving customers across Canada. From our Hawkesbury, Ontario location we operateour in-person retail showroom, our online store as well as our installation service center.
Our work includes outfitting fishing boats with sonar systems, transducers, electrictrolling motors, downriggers, batteries and full power-management solutions. We prideourselves on delivering expert guidance, reliable products and exceptional customersupport for recreational and professional anglers and boating enthusiasts.
We are seeking a full-time, fully bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative tojoin our team. While prior experience in this field is an asset, it is not required as we areprepared to provide on the job training. This role involves supporting customers online,by phone and in person as well as coordinating with our installation team for customboat projects.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized and above all a team player. Other qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience with general computer applications, online ordering systems and basic troubleshooting.
