The nursery seeks a qualified Early Years Educator to support children under five. You will encourage development through play, exploration, and child-led learning while supporting personal, social, and emotional development. The role involves planning activities, observing progress, and building family relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Encourage development through play, exploration, and child-led learning
Support personal, social, and emotional development
Plan engaging activities stimulating imagination and creativity
Observe and track children’s progress
Build positive relationships with children and families
Requirements:

Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
Relevant Level 3 or above Childcare qualification
Knowledge of early childhood development
Experience working in early years desirable
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Bring qualified early years practice, child-led learning, and developmental knowledge to support children at this Goodmayes nursery.
