With over 5 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, you’ll be building and refining automated messaging while analyzing performance metrics. Your knack for testing, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration will play a crucial role in achieving our retention goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize email and SMS campaigns for various initiatives
• Write compelling copy for campaigns and automated journeys
• Manage campaign QA, including segmentation and send logic
• Map customer touchpoints for enhanced engagement
• Analyze campaign performance through A/B testing
Requirements:
