Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to member inquiries via phone and email
• Assist with claims and coverage questions professionally
• Investigate complex inquiries with care and detail
• Process health and dental claims accurately
• Manage internal inquiries from staff and sales offices
Requirements:
• Completion or near completion of post-secondary education
• Strong data-entry skills with number-pad proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with composure
