Creative Production Coordinator Photoshoots

Coordinate photoshoots and studio operations for Spier & Mackay, using strong planning and organization skills in a hands-on creative environment.
As a Creative Production Coordinator, you will manage production details from pre-production through completion. The role supports photographers, stylists, models, and creative teammates while keeping schedules, samples, and styling requirements organized. Your coordination helps creative, marketing, and eCommerce teams prioritize photography needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan photoshoots from pre-production through completion
Manage schedules, timelines, shot lists, and production requirements
Coordinate photographers, stylists, models, and creative team members
Prepare studio operations, setups, and shoot requirements
Track photography samples, pulls, preparation, and returns
Requirements:
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
Creative production or studio coordination experience is an asset
