Food Service Supervisor

Position Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Supervisor for our Wendy’s Summerside #6735 store located at 466 Granville St., Summerside, PE who is available to work mornings and evenings to join our team. A minimum of 1-year supervisory or 3-years restaurant experience is required.
The restaurant Supervisor supports management in overseeing daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring excellent guest service. In this role, it will require an individual with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support team members during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service
Assist with opening and closing duties
Monitor food quality and control
Train and coach new team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle cash and reports
Maintain a positive and productive team environment
Estimate the quantity and prepare food for service
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Supervise and check truck orders when receiving
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience (required)
Supervisory experience (1+ year) or restaurant experience (3+ years) required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly/daily
Excellent math skills
