Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator

Coordinate outlet reporting, menu updates, and sales tracking while supporting efficient food and beverage management. Daytime and weekend availability is required.
This coordinator maintains essential administrative information for three food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities include developing menus through iMenuPro, preparing weekly Revinate reports, updating sales tracking, and assisting outlet directors. The position also supports guest correspondence, departmental communications, and new procedures with careful follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update outlet menus using iMenuPro
Prepare weekly Revinate reports for three outlets
Update and maintain outlet sales tracking information
Assist three outlet directors and the Food and Beverage Director
Perform additional duties supporting outlet operations
Requirements:
One to two years of similar experience is an asset
Food and Beverage, Restaurant, or Hospitality Management education is an asset
Strong Microsoft Office Suite application knowledge
Independent work style with demonstrated initiative
Excellent French and English written and verbal communication
