Personal Support Worker Community Care

Deliver community care as a Personal Support Worker in the Port Perry and Uxbridge area, with mileage and travel time covered.
SE Health offers full-time and part-time PSW shifts during days or evenings, including every other weekend. Eligible applicants include certified PSWs, RNs, RPNs, nursing students with two clinical placements, Developmental Support Workers, and foreign-trained nurses. The position requires daily driving, current screening, and physical capacity for client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal support care during community shifts
Travel between client locations using a work vehicle
Work assigned day or evening schedules
Provide care during every other weekend
Requirements:
Accepted PSW, nursing, or support worker qualification
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for daily work
MMR, Varicella, TB, and Tetanus immunization requirements
Current vulnerable sector check and required certifications
Ability to lift fifty-five pounds and climb stairs
Use your personal support, nursing, or developmental support qualification to provide community care through SE Health.
