Community Caregiver Daily Living Support

Support clients’ independence with Bayshore HealthCare through community caregiving, daily living assistance, companionship, and safe mobility support.
This Personal Caregiver delivers high-quality care across home and community settings while respecting individualized needs. The work combines household management, client accompaniment, personal support, and physical assistance. Caregivers must observe conditions, document accurately, and escalate unusual events or changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with movement and daily living activities
Accompany clients to community activities and events
Manage cleaning, cooking, laundry, and household needs
Provide care aligned with customized care plans
Observe, document, and communicate client condition changes
Requirements:
Complete formal caregiver training or equivalent education and experience
Demonstrate strong caregiving and customer service knowledge
Lift 23 kilograms, squat, bend, stand, and reach
Maintain current competency for trained specialized procedures
Provide reliable transportation and required background checks
Apply caregiving expertise, physical assistance, and attentive observation while helping Bayshore HealthCare clients remain comfortable and independent.
