This senior operations assignment focuses on organized store inventory and reliable merchandise processes. You will oversee cycle counts, scheduled inventories, reconciliation, receiving, tracking, and storage. The position also supports store operations, communicates discrepancies, and helps maintain compliance with Gucci procedures, standards, and security guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and organized store inventory at all times
Execute cycle counts and scheduled inventory activities
Reconcile inventory with store leadership’s support and direction
Track receiving, transfers, returns, damages, and merchandise storage
Report discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management
Requirements:
Three or more years of senior retail operations experience
Strong attention to detail and stock management accuracy
Inventory management software and stock control procedure knowledge
Professional integrity, ethics, and ability to inspire trust
Ability to lift boxes, bend, and climb ladders
Bring precise inventory management, reconciliation, and stock control knowledge to Gucci’s operationally governed retail environment.
