Retail Operations Supervisor Sales

Drive retail sales and operational excellence as a Retail Operations Supervisor at Staples Canada. Coach customer engagement and maintain merchandise standards.
This supervisory position oversees store operations, including merchandising, freight flow, promotions, and front office tasks. You will support associates through training, coaching, communication, and performance conversations. The work also includes cash office administration, reporting, inventory standards, and health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Model and coach selling model behaviors with associates
Oversee inventory, merchandising, promotions, and signage standards
Supervise backroom organization and monitor stock levels
Support associate training, development, and coaching
Complete weekly cash office administration and reporting
Requirements:

Three or more years of retail customer service experience
One to two years of supervisory experience required
Accountability for sales and service targets
Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills
Strength and a keen eye for visual merchandising
