This Reservations Agent role provides travel assistance, trip planning, and passenger support for Calm Air. You will create and modify flight reservations, check fares and rules, and answer inquiries by phone and email. The position also supports payments, manifests, staff travel bookings, re-accommodation, and baggage tracing.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, check, and change passenger flight reservations
Check flight information, fares, and fare rules
Answer passenger inquiries by telephone and email
Assist with re-accommodation during irregular operations
Trace missing passenger baggage when required
Requirements:

Basic Word, Excel, and Office computer skills
Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
Ability to work independently or within a team
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Enhanced Security Clearance qualification eligibility
Bring reservation, communication, and passenger service skills to support Calm Air travelers across changing travel needs.
