Senior Personal Banker Investing Trainee

Calgary customers need investment advice and financial planning expertise from a Senior Personal Banker–Investing Trainee at TD Canada Trust. This branch-based position builds customer confidence through informed guidance.
As a senior banking specialist, you will focus on investment experiences while understanding day-to-day banking, Real Estate Secured Lending, and other TD products. You will uncover customer needs, recommend aligned solutions, and refer specialized needs appropriately. The role also includes outreach, documentation, market awareness, and branch expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional branch experiences focused on investment advice
Explore customer needs through thoughtful questions and dialogue
Provide financial guidance and answer customer questions
Conduct proactive outreach about portfolios and opportunities
Attract and retain customers, referrals, and new business
Requirements:
High School diploma or related post-secondary degree preferred
At least two years of relevant experience
Investment Funds in Canada accreditation before starting
Complete CFSA certification within 90 days of hire
Mobility within the assigned district and region
