Associate Product Manager Residential Locks

Residential lock innovation defines this hybrid Associate Product Manager role at Taymor, based three days weekly in Delta, BC. Shape products across North America.
Support residential locks and door hardware from concept through commercialization at Taymor. You will manage portfolio performance, coordinate Stage Gate projects, analyze competitive trends, and maintain product information. Success requires curiosity about home improvement products, technical understanding, commercial thinking, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor portfolio performance and manage product lifecycles
Lead SKU rationalization, upgrades, extensions, and discontinuations
Support Stage Gate projects through commercialization
Analyze market, consumer, channel, and competitor trends
Maintain specifications, instructions, packaging, and documentation
Requirements:
Two to five years in product or project management
Residential hardware or home improvement experience is an asset
Exposure to manufacturing, sourcing, or supplier management
Understanding of construction, builder, and eCommerce channels
Experience with ERP and product information management systems
