Manufacturing Operations Manager Winnipeg

Manage manufacturing operations, production schedules, and field coordination for Star Building Materials at its Winnipeg location. Work primarily onsite during regular business hours.
As Production Manager, Wall Panels, you will oversee production performance while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing. You will screen orders, forecast materials, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate with Star divisions on onsite installation. The position reports to the Branch Manager and includes customer technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen orders and determine required production time
Update schedules and adjust production as variables change
Monitor job flow and rectify production bottlenecks
Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical customer support
Review time summaries before submitting payroll
Requirements:
Three or more years managing production or manufacturing
Clear communication, active listening, and creative problem solving
Leadership skills for coaching and developing employees
Satisfactory criminal record check and driver’s abstract
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
