Key Responsibilities:
• Admit and manage patients as Most Responsible Physician
• Provide supportive care for surgical and specialty medical cases
• Collaborate with inter-professional team members
• Optimize discharge planning with community-based physicians
• Participate in mandatory overnight coverage as scheduled
Requirements:
• Licensed with College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
• CCFP or FRCPC credentials required
• ACLS certification strongly recommended
• Hospitalist experience preferred
• Experience in rural medicine an asset
