IATF Quality Systems Engineer Korean

Strengthen IATF 16949 systems at SyBridge Technologies through quality documentation, audits, and bilingual English-Korean communication. Support manufacturing quality across facility and customer activities.
As an experienced Quality Engineer, you will oversee quality assurance and quality control functions. The position maintains compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. You will develop documentation, schedule audits, coordinate calibration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on corrective actions and non-conformances.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain IATF and Quality System documentation
Schedule and perform internal quality audits
Maintain and schedule measuring-device calibration
Develop validation protocols and customer reporting
Oversee closure of internal and external non-conformances
Requirements:
Engineering bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Five or more years of automotive quality engineering experience
Required bilingual English and Korean proficiency
Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Bring IATF 16949 knowledge, audit coordination, documentation control, and bilingual communication to SyBridge Technologies quality systems.
