Construction Project Cost Analyst
Clearway
Apply advanced Excel and construction cost-control expertise at Clearway’s Maple head office, with occasional GTA project-site visits. Analyze accurate project financial data.
The Project Cost Analyst supports Project Controls from project award through closeout. You will establish budgets, track commitments, monitor earned value, and prepare cost reports. The role works with Project Managers, Estimating, Site Teams, Finance, and schedulers to maintain reliable project information.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish project budgets and maintain cost-control records
Track earned quantities, progress, commitments, and Change Orders
Analyze variances, productivity trends, CPI, and actual costs
Prepare WIP, payment certificate, billing, and monthly reports
Support forecasts, closeout reconciliation, and reporting improvements
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, quantity surveying, or business
Two to five years of construction cost-control experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and structured-workbook analysis skills
Knowledge of earned value, WIP, and progress billing
Legal eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship
