Full-Cycle Commercial Recruiter

Own full-cycle recruitment for StackAdapt’s Commercial functions, combining candidate sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and closing expertise.
This Talent Acquisition Partner reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and supports hiring through the Director level. You will build candidate pipelines using inbound applicants, proactive outreach, and referrals. Success includes maintaining engagement, guiding interview cycles, and keeping searches moving.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment lifecycles from job posting through closing
Build proactive candidate pipelines using referrals and applicant pools
Guide smooth interview cycles with hiring managers
Resolve recruitment data issues and improve processes
Maintain timely candidate updates across hiring stages
Requirements:
Solid mid-to-senior recruitment cycle experience
Ability to troubleshoot recruitment roadblocks
Ability to adapt sourcing strategies to priorities
Capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Ownership of search progress and stakeholder alignment
