In this newly created role, you'll actively participate in promoting resident wellness and happiness. Key responsibilities include supporting leisure activities, maintaining safety protocols, and collaborating with volunteers. Your aim will be to make every resident feel valued and engaged, contributing positively to their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track participation and engagement data accurately
• Create leisure profiles for new residents promptly
• Assist in organizing and distributing the monthly event calendar
• Maintain updates for leisure areas and bulletin boards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in related fields preferred
• Experience with seniors and wellness principles
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to meet physical demands and lift as needed
