Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change roadmaps with Change Management Advisors
• Conduct readiness assessments to identify barriers
• Facilitate change workshops and engagement sessions
• Support communication strategies for stakeholder buy-in
• Prepare reports on project effectiveness and readiness
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program
• Experience with group projects and problem-solving
• Proficiency in EXCEL and data analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Previous volunteer or practical experience
