Work remotely with TELUS Health to improve solution quality through test cases, integrated testing, defect follow-up, and process documentation.
As a Systems Quality Analyst, you will contribute to dependable solutions by translating business and technical requirements into testing activities. The work includes maintaining test catalogues, executing tests, reporting defects, and verifying corrections. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate test documentation for products and features
Execute tests within integrated solutions to validate functionality
Follow reported defects through resolution and correction verification
Review procedures supporting testing and best business practices
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
Requirements:
Quality Assurance or Business Administration degree, or equivalent experience
Comfort performing routine tasks accurately and consistently
Independent priority management in a changing environment
Excellent French and English verbal and written communication
Strong aptitude for computerized systems and new tools
Support TELUS Health quality assurance through bilingual communication, integrated testing, documentation, and continuous testing process improvement.
