Sports Community Programs Intern
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd.
Support MLSE community programs and events in Toronto through a hybrid internship requiring organization, analysis, and partner communication.
As a Community and Fan Development Intern, you will contribute to MLSE’s community engagement and fan growth approach. You will work with the team and stakeholders across priority areas, supporting social impact activities and implementation. Responsibilities include centralized KPI tracking, event logistics, research, analysis, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support social impact activities engaging priority communities
Coordinate logistics for activations and community events
Manage vendor and community partner communications
Support centralized departmental KPI tracking
Provide logistical, administrative, research, and analysis support
Requirements:
Current enrollment in a university or college program
Preferred focus in nonprofits, business, marketing, events, or sports
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities
Independent work style with strong attention to detail
Comfort with evenings, weekends, and flexible work schedules
Use organization, analysis, and partner communication to support MLSE community programs, activations, and fan development work.
