The Universal Group seeks a Lane Closure Technician for its Traffic Control team. You will safely control traffic, support worksite safety, and provide peace of mind to roadworkers, crews, clients, and drivers. The work includes directing TCPs, completing paperwork, and communicating on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and tear down worksites safely
Protect teams and clients through safety-focused traffic control
Direct other TCPs on-site
Complete and sign FLRAs and TMPs
Communicate clearly with drivers and crews
Requirements:

Minimum six months of British Columbia LCT experience
Current WorkSafeBC-recognized TCP certification or provincial equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Smartphone with an active data plan
Availability weekdays and comfort working outdoors
Bring LCT experience, TCP certification, and safety-focused communication to traffic control assignments throughout Interior BC.
